I'm Joe – a private chef and bespoke caterer with a passion for creating memorable food experiences, whether it's an intimate dinner in your home or a wood-fired feast in your garden.

I started out working in bars and restaurants around the country, which eventually led to a chance opportunity to help open a new restaurant. That’s where my journey in the kitchen truly began, and where I realised this was more than a job – it was a calling.

Since then, I’ve had the chance to cook in some incredible places – from luxury chalets in France to collaborative kitchens here in the UK. I’ve worked alongside talented chefs, opened kitchens, developed menus, and honed my craft through every experience.

 

Today, I focus on designing unique, personalised dining experiences using the best local and sustainable produce. Every menu is built around what you love – with care, creativity, and attention to detail.

 

 

Starting this business has been one of the best decisions I've made. I get to do what I love, meet amazing people, and create unforgettable moments over food.
