Whole grilled mackerel - burnt tomato, fennel, preserved lemon

BBQ 'pil pil' head on - Focaccia 

Grilled monkfish -  marinated in curried yoghurt. Kohlrabi, mint

Oysters - smoked tomato vinaigrette

Porthilly mussels - cider, lardo, rosemary
