Our wood-fired cooking service brings food back to its roots - Fire, smoke and technique. Cooking over embers creates bold and natural flavours. From grilled meats to fire-kissed vegetables every dish is crafted with intention and cooked live on an open flame for an unforgettable sensory experience. 



Whether its an intimate gathering or large celebration, we design a bespoke menu around the fire with the occasion in mind. Guests don't just eat - they watch, smell and connect with the process as it unfolds. This is my favourite way to eat and cook for groups of people.

The informality and the excitement around cooking over open flame really moulds into any celebrations. It also allows me to connect with guests on a more personal level which for me is very important - and being around fire does exactly that in creates moments that matter. The result is food that feels both primal and refined, paired with service thats relaxed, informal and deeply memorable.
